The top arrow points to the crown of a skier triggered avalanche on this north by
northeast facing aspect above the south fork of Timber Creek.  The bottom arrrow

Egan range slide
The east side of the Egan Range produces many natural slides most winters.  
This north by northeast facing slope slid in December of 2004.  Note the
relatively open slopes on this otherwise tree covered slope, a clear indication
of regular avalanche activity.
